Abstract Submission for Oral Communications and Posters |
All participants are invited to submit abstracts of scientific communications which will be peer-reviewed by the Organising Committee. The abstracts of the accepted communications will be published in the book of abstracts distributed to all symposium attendants.
Participants wishing to contribute a poster or oral communication should submit their abstract before April 2 via the abstract submission link on this website. Please be aware that abstract for posters (and not OC) can still be submitted after April 2 and until July 1, 2012 but with a handling fee of 50,00 €. Abstract submission is final as of July 1.
Out of the submitted proposals, 34 oral communications will be selected by the International Organising Committee in collaboration with the Session Chairs. To find out in which sessions slots are available for oral communications, please check the Scientific Programme. The preference of oral and poster presentation should be indicated by the applicant during the submission process (please tick where appropriate on the form if you wish to apply for Oral Communication and select the related session), but the final decision on the format of presentation will be made by the Organising Committee.
Registration is required to submit an abstract, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. However, accepted summaries will only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium after full payment of the registration fee. In case of any question, please do not hesitate to contact the symposium secretariat (secretariat@LDOrganisation).
You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. If you do not receive anything, please call us +32 10 454777 or send us an email at secretariat@LDOrganisation.com to make sure we have received your abstract.
