Abstract & Poster Submission

All participants are invited to submit abstracts for scientific communications.

The submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed for acceptance by the Scientific Committe and, out of the submitted proposals, 3 Oral Communications will be selected. The other accepted abstracts will get the opportunity to be presented as posters.

Abstract acceptance will be notified to all authors by the Symposium Secretariat by November 9, 2012.

Submission deadline: October 30, 2012.

Your registration is required to access the abstract submission tool, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. However, accepted summaries will be published in the Book of Abstracts of the Symposium only after full payment of the registration fee.

You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. If this doesn't occur, please contact us at secretariat@ldorganisation.com or call +32 10 454777 to make sure that we have received your abstract.
