The participant registration fee includes

• admission to the scientific sessions and exhibition
• symposium programme and abstract book
• certificate of attendance
• lunches and refreshment breaks

The accompanying persons fee includes the lunches and coffee breaks only.

The registration/Information Desks will be open during the following hours:
10:00 – 19:00 Wednesday July 3
08:30 – 17:00  Thursday July 4
08:30 – 16:30  Friday July 5

Since the 'Tour de France' will be organising a time-trial in Nice on Tuesday, July 2 - which makes it difficult to find accommodation for the night of July 2 - the RICT 2013 organisers decided to adapt the schedule of the symposium.

The scientific programme will start on Wednesday around 14:00 (and not at 08:00, as for previous RICT's), and will therefore end on Friday around 16:30.

Please book your travel and accommodation accordingly.

Participants who arrive early on Wednesday have the possibility to book a lunch bag, which will be distributed at the registration desk. The lunch bag is included in the fee, but subject to registration.

Poster session 1: Posters with even numbers can be installed on Wednesday, between 10:00 and 18:00 and
will be presented:
-  on Thursday during the morning coffee break (10:15-10:45)
-  on Thursday during the lunch (12:15-14:15)

All posters with even numbers should be dismounted during the afternoon coffee break on Thursday (16:30 – 17:00).

Poster session 2: Posters with odd numbers can be installed on Thursday after the afternoon coffee break (as from 17:00) and on Friday morning and will be presented:
- On Friday during the morning coffee break (10:00 – 10:30)
- On Friday during lunch (12:35 – 14:05)

You will always receive a confirmation of your registration. An automatic reply will immediately follow any on-line registration. A subsequent final confirmation will be sent by email once your registration will have been processed by the Symposium Secretariat.

If you do not receive these confirmation emails please contact secretariat@ldorganisation.com to make sure that we have received your registration.

Within two weeks from the confirmation our accounting department will send you the invoice for your participation. The invoice will be established following the information you submitted during the registration process. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.

The official sympsoium language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided during the lectures.

Neither the Organisers nor LD Organisation sprl will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the Symposium. Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.
