Accompanying Persons Programme

Accompanying persons are encouraged to register in order to have access to all social events and services provided by the organisation. The accompanying person fee includes:

• Welcome reception on Sunday evening, August 31 (free of charge but requiring pre-registration)
• Guided tour of St. Petersburg on Monday September 1 at 18:00 (free of charge but requiring pre-registration)
• Possibility to book for specific excursions during the week
• Possibility to participate in the Symposium banquet (venue tbc) on Wednesday September 3 with a contribution of 80€ (real price 150€)
• Optional pre- and post symposium tours. Details on the available tours and prices available on the social programme page.

 Please note that accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific programme.

Accompanying persons should make a separate registration, and indicate the name of the person they accompany in the appropriate field of the registration form.

All optional tours will leave from the Hotel. Meeting place will be in the hotel lobby shortly before starting time. Please be aware that you can book only 1 excursion per day. It is not possible to do more.
