Calendar of Abstract Submissions

• Deadline for Oral Communication submission and free Poster submission: March 25, 2014
• Announcement of the accepted oral communications: May 5, 2014
• After March 25 and until June 16, 2014, abstracts for Posters can still be submitted, but with a handling fee of 50,00 €
• Abstract submission is final as of June 17, 2014

Registration Fees

• Early-bird registration deadline: March 25, 2014
• Standard registration deadline: July 1, 2014
• Late & On-site registration deadline: September 7, 2014
