Accommodation
This year the BPG Annual Meeting will celebrate its 20th anniversary, and the organisers invite you therefore to De Oude Vismijn, a festive venue in the historical center of Ghent.
Contrary to the previous BPG meetings, accommodation and auditorium will not be under the same roof. For the participants, the following has been arranged:
- All students will be accommodated at the Monasterium Poortackere, located at a short walk from the conference venue. One night accommodation (May 19) in a shared room is included in their registration fee.
During the registration process, you will be asked to select the room in which you would like to book a bed. University groups who are present with several students, are kindly asked to fill the larger rooms.

- Participants registering with the academic or industry profile, do not have the accommodation included in their registration fee. They have the choice between Hotel Gravensteen, very conveniently located next to the conference venue, and the Ibis Centrum Opera, situated at a 10 minutes’ walk from the Oude Vismijn.

Please note that your accommodation booking cannot be cancelled anymore after April 16.
In case the final budget of the symposium allows the organisers to cover the accommodation costs (or part of it) for the academic and industry participants, they will be pleased to do so. In that case, the hotel costs will be reimbursed by the end of June.
