Abstract SubmissionAll PhD and Post-doctoral students are invited to actively participate by submitting abstracts of scientific communications - similar or not to the one submitted for the EFMC-ISMC. The abstracts will be peer-reviewed for their acceptance by the Selection Committee. Participants wishing to be selected for an oral communication should submit their abstract by June 10, 2014 via the abstract submission link on this website. Abstracts for posters can be submitted after June 10 and until June 30, 2014. Abstract submission is final as of June 30, 2014 Out of the submitted proposals, 4 Oral Communications and 20 flash poster presentations will be selected. Due to a limited space for the poster session, only 100 posters will be displayed, so be quick to submit your abstract. Please note that your registration is required to access abstract submission, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. Accepted summaries will however only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium, after full payment of the registration fee. Announcement of the accepted oral communications : June 16 Deadline for poster submission: June 30 Notification of acceptance of the abstract will be emailed approximately one month after the submission deadline Abstract GuidelinesAbstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission tool available under the Registration menu on this website. In order to submit your abstract, select “Abstract submission” under the “Registration” menu. Log in using your registration number (received upon registration) as well as your e-mail address. Select “Abstract Submission” and “Add”.
The pdf will be inserted in the book of abstract as shown on the preview. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to fill in all data correctly and completely. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author. You can have access to your poster via the website and make changes to it, until submission deadline, by using your registration number and email address as indicated at registration. Poster GuidelinesPoster size is A0 - nominally 90 cm wide and 120 cm high, in portrait format (no landscape). A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the first author, along with the day of presentation. |
