Summer is a busy season in Avignon, and especially in July, the city attracts a lot of tourists for the famous Avignon Theatre Festival. It is thus important to book your accommodation well in time!

The scientific programme of RICT 2015 will start on Wednesday around 14:00, and will end on Friday around 16:30. Please book your travel and accommodation accordingly.

Participants who arrive early on Wednesday have the possibility to book a lunch bag, which will be distributed at the registration desk. The lunch bag is included in the fee, but subject to registration.

BCD Travel, the official symposium accommodation partner, proposes a selection of hotels in Avignon, in which a limited number of rooms have been pre-booked. Participants have the possibility to book a low budget room at one of the student residences of the University of Avignon. We also offer you the possibility to book accommodation at the Apart'Hotel Sainte-Marthe, located in front of the conference venue.

Bookings should be made through the symposium website during the online registration process. For shared apartments, only one person should make the booking. However, when registering, please mention the name(s) of the person(s) with whom you would like to share the apartment in the field "Additional information". 

ALL ROOMS HAVE BEEN BOOKED IN THE MEANTIME. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A ROOM AT ONE OF THESE HOTELS, PLEASE CONTACT US AT AND WE WILL CHECK WITH THE HOTELS WHETHER WE CAN ADD AN ADDITIONAL PARTICIPANT TO THE BOOKING LIST.
