Summer is a busy season in Caen, it is thus important to book your accommodation well in advance !
The scientific programme of RICT 2016 will start on Wednesday, July 6 morning and will end on Friday, July 8 early afternoon. Please book your travel and accommodation accordingly.

Participants have the possibility to book a low budget room at the student residences of the University of Caen.

Participants will be distributed throughout the 2 different residences (Campus 1 and Lébisey), and will receive the exact address of their residency in the week before the symposium.
The room rate is €136 for 3 nights (5/07 - 6/07 - 7/07) and includes:
- Rental fee for a single room (individual shower, sink and toilet per room)
- Clean linen and 2 towels
- Double rooms are not available
- Additional nights can also be booked
Optional Breakfast: 4,50 €/day (should be booked during the online registration process)
