In addition to the scientific programme of EFMC-ISMC 2016 and in order to raise public awareness of research in the pharmaceutical industry, the Local Organising Committee is organising a ground-breaking public event on Tuesday August 30.

Four speakers will outline their hopes for medicinal chemistry over the next 20 years, followed by a discussion with the audience. What do they think the priority areas should be? And how far can medicinal chemists respond?
