Accommodation is recommended in hotels
- in Louvain-la-Neuve (2 more hotels to be open in Spring 2018!)
- in Wavre (10 Km North of LLN)
- in Brussels (35 Km North of LLN).
You are requested to make your own reservation through direct contact with the hotel.
Everyday from Monday through Thursday, a special coach service will be arranged from the recommended hotels in Wavre and from the Ibis hotel in LLN, to the symposium site.
