As the Conference will take place at Hotel Hilton Boston Back Bay, we recommend to all participants to book a room there. Reservations can be done directly at the hotel at +1 617 236 1100 or can be also made on-line via www.bostonbackbay.hilton.com. You must identify yourselves as being with the group BPDD 2018 / NovAliX 2018  to receive the special group rate of 299$ per night (this price is subject to applicable state and local taxes at time of check-in. Taxes are currently 14.45%, subject to change).

**IMPORTANT NOTICE - Warning against frauds**

We would like to warn you in case you get contacted by phone or email by another company than LD Organisation. The person contacting you might mention that there needs to be a change in your hotel booking or that a further confirmation from you is required, asking to send back a reservation form including your credit card details. PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK THIS FORM. This company is NOT in charge of the accommodation management of the conference.
