3) a banquet on Wednesday evening:

The Symposium dinner will take place at a Heuriger, a typical Viennese restaurant where vintners serve their own wines, as well as traditional dishes. The Heuriger (or Buschenschank) can be seen as typical Viennese - to be recommended to Vienna-tourists. At the Heuriger, you usually drink wine from own tillage and eat a trifle. The interior is usually made of wooden seats and wooden tables. Vienna is the only metropolis in the world that cultivates wine within its city limits.

The "Schübel-Auer" is typically a Viennese traditional restaurant owned since 1711 by the family's descendants, now in its ninth Generation family-owned. When Daniela Somlói has taken over the heuriger in 1995, she combined old traditions and habits with new ideas and innovative, modern food.
