The participant registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions and to the commercial exhibition
- Abstract book, symposium bag and certificate of attendance
- Refreshment breaks as per the Symposium Program
- The Welcome Reception and a guided tour of Moscow are also free for all registered participants

Lunch packages
For participants booking a room at the Crowne Plaze WTC Hotel, the room rates for the period of May 6-8, 2013 include lunch.

Participants which do not book accommodation at the Crowne Plaza WTC Hotel will need to pay for the lunch package separately. The price for the lunch package for the period of May 6-8, 2013 is 115,00 €. Please select this item during your online registration process if you do not intend to book a room at the Crowne Plaza WTC Hotel.

Accommodation
Rooms have been pre-booked at the Crowne Plaza Moscow World Trade Centre Hotel.

Visa for Russia
To enter Russia you will need a valid Visa. In order to proceed with the Visa application request you will need an official invitation letter, to be issued by the hotel you have booked. The Symposium Secretariat cannot provide Visa application support separately from accommodation reservation.
