Accommodation - important notice
During the same week of June a session of the European Parliament will take place in Strasbourg, we therefore recommend you to book your accommodation well in advance!

Social Programme
The Social Programme of the Conference will include:
- Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 7
Participation in the Welcome Reception is free of charge for all registered participants, but subject to prior reservation. Please indicate your intention to participate during your online registration.
- Conference Dinner on Thursday, June 9 at the Salle Mozart
Participation in the Dinner is optional, and subject to prior booking at the price of 60€. A limited number of seats is available, so make sure to book your ticket on time!
The Salle Mozart, in the historical center of Strasbourg, just next to Place Gutenberg and to the Cathedral, is situated in a prestigious building of the 18th century. The legend tells that, during his visit of Strasbourg in 1778, the young Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart gave a concert in this room.
