How to book a room
In order to proceed with the booking, please download the Accommodation Booking Form available here below. Fill in the form and send it back directly to the Crowne Plaza WTC Hotel by fax (+7 495 258 10 18) or email (tatiana.shashkova@cpmow.ru).

Important: In order to guarantee the booking at the negotiated rates, your booking form needs to be sent along with the reverse side copy of your credit card. Booking forms which will be sent without the reverse side copy of the credit card will not be guaranteed at the negotiated rates. In this case, only the best available rate will be offered.

The following room rates have been negotiated with the Crowne Plaza WTC Hotel and are available from May 4 to May 9, 2013:

The room rates include VAT (18%) and full buffet breakfast. For the period of May 6-8, 2013 the rates also include lunch.
The indicated conversion rate in Euro is an estimation. Final conversion rate will be the one applicable at the time of the conference.

Please note that the reverse side copy of the guests' credit card will need to be supplied to the Hotel, along with the booking form, in order to guarantee the reservation. Cancellation notifications must be sent to the Hotel in written form (email or fax) by the guest, and will be confirmed back by the Hotel in written form.
