Calendar of Submissions
- February 20, 2013 : deadline for Oral Communication submission and free Poster submission.
- After February 20 and until March 20, 2013 included : abstracts for Poster presentations can still be submitted, but are subject to the prior payment of € 50 for handling fees. Abstract submission is final as of March 21, 2013.
- March 15, 2013 : announcement of the accepted Oral Communications.

Early Bird Registration Fee
- valid until March 2, 2013 included

On-line Registration deadline
- due to Visa application procedures, the final deadline for registration is April 15, 2013
