The symposium will take place at the President Hotel Conference Centre. This 4 star hotel, located on a picturesque hill in the city centre, is situated 29 kilometers from the national airport Borispol and 5 kilometers from the railway station. The conference site is located in the historical district of the city. It only takes a 15 minutes' walk to Maidan Nezalezhnosti, the main square of Kiev.

Transportation

Transportation from BORISPOL airport to hotel “RUS” and “President Hotel” and back at the end of the conference is foreseen. No pre-reservation is required and the price for this service, 15 € (20 USD) one way, will have to be paid directly aboard the bus.

ARRIVALS
For arrivals, there will be a shuttle bus circulating every full hour from 10.00 until 20.00 (last departure at Borispol). Upon their arrival, participants should look in the arrivals hall for our contact person with an ASMC09 poster, who will guide them to the shuttle. It takes approx. 30-40 min. (depending on the traffic) to get from the airport to the hotels. For those who travel on different hours or dates, we kindly advise to take a taxi.

ON SITE
The conference site is located in the historical district of the city. It only takes a 15 minutes' walk to Maidan Nezalezhnosti, the main square of Kiev. If you need any other transportation, you can contact the front desk at your hotel.

DEPARTURES
For departures on Friday, August 28, the participants will be able to sign up at the registration/ information desk at the conference centre.
