Poster Sessions |
All participants are invited to submit abstracts of a poster which will be peer-reviewed by the Organising Committee. Participants wishing to contribute a poster should submit their abstract via the abstract submission link on this website.
Out of the submitted proposals, oral communications will be selected by the International Organising Committee. Please tick where appropriate on the form if you wish to apply for Oral Communication.
Registration is required to submit an abstract, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. However, accepted summaries will only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium after full payment of the registration fee. In case of any question, please do not hesitate to contact the symposium secretariat (secretariat@LDOrganisation).
You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. If you do not receive anything, please call us on +32 10 45 97 19 or send us an email at secretariat@LDOrganisation.com to make sure we have received your abstract.
Notification on acceptance (and day of presentation) of the abstract will be emailed within one month after the submission deadline.
Deadline for poster submission: June 15, 2010 has been extended until June 15 in reply to the numerous requests received. |
