Accommodation - remarks:

• Student registration includes a one night accommodation (May 4) in a shared room (twin). During the online registration process, students do not need to book their room. To access the room selection tool, log-in with your registration details and access your registration, under "modify my registration" you will have the option to "Choose your room".
• Participants registering with the academic or industry profile have a one night twin-room accommodation (May 4) included in their registration fee. Academic and industry participants are asked to book a room during the registration process. Kindly note that there is an additional cost of 37,00€ for a single room. A room for the night before can also be booked during the registration process.

Registration profiles - remark:

• Postdocs are considered as academics and need to register with the corresponding profile.
